To order, please go to the "Order Form" category and fill in the order form available. An email will be sent to you to verify your order within 24 hours. Upon sending the order verification email, customers are required to make payments via any of the 3 payment modes and inform ScarlettRosettes through email within 24 hours. If payments are not made within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. No item(s) will be reserved unless payment is made. ScarlettRosettes have the rights to release item(s) to other customers if no payments were made.
Please do take note that availability of product opted may vary as we are unable to keep track of our stocks immediately and stock availability will only be updated every 24 hours. To avoid disappointment, we'd advice our valued customers to fill in other items that they are interested in (could fill in under remarks) in case of such unavailability of the very first item.
Cancellation of confirmed order
No orders can be cancelled after it has been confirmed. Orders can only be amended before it has been confirmed.
Once payment has been made, no amendment or cancellation is allowed.

Local Normal Postage
Costs $1.50 and takes up to 7 working days. Parcels sent via this mode will be delivered to your mailbox.
ScarlettRosettes is not liable for any parcel loss via this delivery method.
Additional Item
If there is an additional item, you'll have to pay an additional $0.50.
Registered Postage
Costs $3.50 (additional $2 on top of the normal postage fees) and takes about 2 to 4 working days. Parcels sent via this mode will be delivered to your doorstep.
Signature is required upon delivery. It is highly recommended for you to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails.

ScarlettRosettes mails out parcels every Wednesday & Saturday.
Backorder Items
When items are sold out, it becomes a backorder.
Customers can choose to cancel their order within 24 hours by sending an email to inform ScarlettRosettes and make sure that ScarlettRosettes has verified your cancellation of order.
ScarlettRosettes will refund fully to customers who cancel their order within 24 hours. (only applies to customers whom informed ScarlettRosettes)
Customers can also choose to wait for the backorders. (ScarlettRosettes will reserve for you)
If the backorders are confirmed, no cancellation will be allowed.
It will take approximately 2 to 5 working days for the stocks to arrive. Once the stocks arrive, ScarlettRosettes will send out the orders.
All in all, the backorder items will be delivered to you within 2 weeks.
