1. ScarlettRosettes reserve the rights to amend pricing and the terms of sale at any time.
2. ScarlettRosettes makes every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our site, as accurately as possible.
However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen,
we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
3. We are "First come first serve" basis.
4. We only accept payments via POSB iBanking, ATM transfer and Cash Deposit.
5. A snapshot of the bank transaction receipt is required for verification purposes if you're paying via ATM transfer. Orders without the snapshot of receipt will not be proceeded.
6. Payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving the order verification mail.
7. No item(s) will be reserved if payment is not made.
8. Orders that are not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.
9. Please allow us to get back to you within 24 hours.
10. All our prices are exclusive of postage fees.

No exchange will be accepted as we have checked our goods thoroughly before mailing to our customers.
Exchange will only occur if a defective item had really been mailed out from us.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be allowed once parcels are mailed out.
Refunds will only occur when we are out of stock, with email informing ScarlettRosettes that you want a refund within 24 hours on date of purchase.
